What is ReBalance?
ReBalance Holistic Health offers two fully remote assessment services with Dr. Alex: Nervous System ReBalance and Energy Flow ReBalance. Both combine an intake and an exploratory bioenergetic voice assessment, interpreted through the ALIGN Method™, and are delivered as a personalized written report or plan.
Which path is right for me?
Choose Nervous System ReBalance if you feel wired, overwhelmed, stuck in fight-or-flight, or unable to unwind, and want a targeted strategy for nervous system regulation.
Choose Energy Flow ReBalance if you feel depleted, stuck, or out of sync, and want to explore your energetic patterns, chakras, and meridians.

What is the ALIGN Method™?
Dr. Alex's proprietary five-stage framework: Assess, Look Deeper, Interpret, Guide, and Nurture. It turns your assessment findings into clear insights and practical next steps. Both paths follow the same method.
Is every assessment the same?
The process uses a consistent set of tools and methods, but your findings are individual to you. Your patterns reflect your experiences and the information available at the time of assessment and may change over time. Your report interprets your individual findings rather than applying generic conclusions.
How It Works
How does the remote process work?
ReBalance is entirely remote and asynchronous. There are no appointments, Zoom sessions, or phone calls. You complete your intake and voice recording on your own time, and Dr. Alex prepares your written report or plan, delivered by email for you to keep and revisit.
What do I complete for Nervous System ReBalance?
After checkout, you'll receive an in-depth intake questionnaire and voice recording instructions by email.
What do I complete for Energy Flow ReBalance?
You share your focus and intention at checkout, then receive voice recording instructions by email.
Can I use ReBalance if I live outside the United States?
Yes. Because all services are delivered remotely, they can be accessed from most locations.
The Voice Assessment
How is the voice assessment used?
A brief voice sample is processed using specialized frequency-based technology to generate exploratory bioenergetic findings. These findings are one component of your broader assessment, reviewed by Dr. Alex alongside the information you provide. The technology is not a validated method for measuring nervous system function or emotional conditions and is not a medical or psychological diagnostic tool.
What do I need to do for the recording?
No preparation, singing, or vocal training is needed. You just need a smartphone or computer with a microphone and a reasonably quiet space. Speak naturally for about 10 seconds, following the instructions provided.
Can I complete the recording later?
Yes. Your report is prepared once both your intake information and voice recording have been received.
Is my information secure?
Your recording is submitted through a third-party assessment platform, and your results are handled privately by Dr. Alex in accordance with our privacy practices.
What You Receive
What will I receive with Nervous System ReBalance?
A personalized written ReBalance Plan exploring your individual stress patterns, Dr. Alex's interpretation of your assessment information, a targeted regulation strategy, and clear priorities for where to begin.
What will I receive with Energy Flow ReBalance?
A written assessment exploring your energetic landscape, including chakras, meridians, energetic flow, and patterns of depletion or stagnation, with Dr. Alex's interpretation. Depending on your package, it may also include personalized recommendations, a personalized meditation, or Psychological Archetype Mapping.
What's the difference between the Energy Flow packages?
The Energy Flow Assessment explores and interprets your energetic patterns. Packages with recommendations add individually selected practices based on those findings. Higher tiers may include a personalized meditation, Psychological Archetype Mapping, or a combination of these features.
How long until I receive my report?
Within 3–5 business days of receiving your completed intake information and voice recording.
How will I receive it?
By email, to the address you provided at checkout. We recommend saving a copy. If you misplace it, contact ReBalance and we'll resend it.
What if I have questions afterward?
You can purchase a Follow-Up Clarity Email to ask one question about your completed report. Everything remains asynchronous, with no calls required.
About Dr. Alex
Who is Dr. Alex?
Dr. Alex holds doctoral degrees in Holistic Health and Spiritual Medicine, along with a Master of Arts in Counseling. She is also an Integrative Health Practitioner, Reiki Master, and RYT-500 advanced yoga teacher, with specialized training in bioenergetics, energy psychology, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, somatic practices, and integrative mind-body approaches.
Policies
Is this a medical or psychological assessment?
No. ReBalance services are educational and wellness-oriented and are not medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or treatment. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and are not a substitute for care from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional. Voice-based findings are exploratory bioenergetic interpretations, not medical or diagnostic assessments.
What is the refund policy?
Because ReBalance assessments are individualized digital services, all sales are final once your intake materials have been submitted and preparation has begun. If you need to cancel before submitting your materials, please contact ReBalance as soon as possible. Any cancellation or refund request is subject to the terms provided at checkout and applicable law.
