Dr. Olga Alexandra, PhD in Holistic & Spiritual Medicine, MA in Counseling, RYT-500, bridges Ancient Yogic Traditions with modern stress physiology and integrative wellness approaches.

Her multidisciplinary background includes advanced study in nervous system regulation, yogic traditions, autonomic resilience, Ayurveda, and mind-body restoration practices supporting long-term wellbeing and sustainable healing. Her work also incorporates practices associated with Vagus Nerve support and restorative nervous system regulation as part of a broader integrative framework.

In addition to her Western academic training, she pursued traditional studies through authentic Rishikesh ashram teachings rooted in the Himalayan yoga tradition. This allows her work to bridge modern neuro-wellness perspectives with the deeper philosophical, energetic, and transformational foundations of Yogic Healing Traditions.
